Excellent choice for old town Bilbao
This hotel is perfect for visiting Bilbao. Close to the old town, close to shops and supermarkets. My room was nice and spacious, clean. It's not a luxury hotel, but everything was solid. The bathroom worked very well. The breakfast was good, it offered a good amount of products, in line with a 3 stars hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind. Very good value for money

Great value stay
The hotel is very well situated, only a short walk to Casco Viejo and right next to a tram stop. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
The bed was fine but the pillows were a bit too big for us. Nothing too bad though
